There are over 12.4 million orphans in India, we work tirelessly to help as many children as possible to give them a future by providing food, clothes, an education and a loving environment in which to live.
Elderly people are often left on their own with no way of supporting themselves, they may be unwell or infirm and often have undergone huge hardship in their lives. Often they have not eaten for days and have no one to turn to for help.
There are over five million people suffering from leprosy in India, living in over 50,000 leper colonies. They survive by begging but are in constant terrible physical pain, living in isolated places outside of the cities and villages
Our work is wide and varied covering all aspects of looking after orphan children, elderly people, and leprosy colonies. We are working hard to be self-sufficient, planting rice fields and drilling water wells
